Keith Lane is a passionate supporter of the travel agent community and the consumer use of a travel professional when fulfilling their travel dreams.....Keith is responsible for Field Sales, National Accounts, Inside Sales, Sales Communication and Training for North America, Celebrity Cruises. Keith’s focus has been twofold, increase sales with travel agents who sell and support Celebrity Cruises and develop the capability of the North American Celebrity sales team.  Keith is proud to work with and lead 4 Director's of Market Sales (Michelle Homoky, Tammy Egger, Scott Clifton and Ken Brooks) and their teams in North America, a Director of Inside Sales (Gilda Romero) and his AVP of National and Strategic Accounts, Ron Gulaskey.

Early in his career with the RCCL organization, Keith spent time as Director of Sales in the Mid-Atlantic Region for Royal Caribbean International as well as Director, Trade Support and Service where the team enjoyed significant improvements in all key business measures.  

Prior to Royal Caribbean Ltd, Keith spent 15 years in the salty snack industry, thus going from “Corn Chips to Cruise Ships”!  He is passionate about two things in regards to business:  the development and success of the Celebrity team and the entrepreneurial spirit and success of the Travel Professional!  Keith graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management.
